The aim of the brief we are submitting to the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage aims to demonstrate that by financially supporting actions undertaken by Canadians to assert their constitutional rights guaranteed by the Charter, the Court Challenges Program enables Canadians to derive full benefit from all the advantages of Canadian citizenship.
